Privacy Policy

Generalities

The experience of shopping at Louve is comfortable, easy, and secure. In this regard, we adhere to the highest security standards, and all information registered by users on the Site is kept confidential.

Security Measures
To meet our security objectives, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which ensures both the authenticity of the Site and the encryption of all information provided by the user. Whenever a user registers on the Site and provides personal information, regardless of their geographical location, the browser used for this action connects to the Site through the SSL protocol, verifying that the user is indeed on the Site and our servers (indicated by the HTTPS code appearing in the browser's address bar). This establishes a method for encrypting the information provided by the user and a unique session key. This technology allows the personal information of the user, such as their name, address, and credit card details, to be encoded beforehand so that it cannot be read when transmitted over the Internet. All SSL certificates are created for a specific server, within a specific domain, and for a verified commercial entity.

Certifications
SSL Security Certificate from Comodo.

SSL certificates protect customers' personal data, including home addresses, passwords, credit card information, identity details, and purchase history, which will not be disclosed. This technology also prevents access to the information by third parties.

Privacy Statement
Louve does not disclose or transfer personal data registered by users on the Site to third parties under any circumstances. Notwithstanding the above, this information may be processed by Louve solely to gain a better understanding of user profiles and thus improve the products offered on the Site.

User Information
When registering on the Site, the user will only be asked for the information necessary for product payment and subsequent shipping. Under no circumstances will this information be communicated or transmitted to third parties outside of Louve.

Louve does not store or retain the user's credit card information.

Promotional or Advertising Communications
The user authorizes the sending of promotional or advertising communications via email. However, at any time, the user can request the suspension of these communications by clicking the link provided for this purpose.

Other Websites
By navigating the Site, the user may be redirected to other sites. Louve is not responsible for the privacy and security policies of these sites.

Ownership of Information
All information on the Site is the property of Louve; therefore, it cannot be modified, copied, extracted, or used in any other way without prior, express, and written consent. Thus, the user accessing the Site is aware that misuse of this information may result in legal, civil, and criminal actions.
