Access and use of this website, as well as the transactions carried out on Louve, are governed by the terms and conditions described below, as well as by the legislation applicable in the Republic of Peru, particularly the Consumer Protection and Defense Code and the Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations.

Consequently, all visits and all contracts and transactions made, along with their legal effects, will be governed by these rules and subject to that legislation.

It is also noted that these terms and conditions may only be changed through a new publication of these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions contained in this document will apply and be understood as part of all acts and contracts executed or celebrated through the offer and marketing systems between the users of this site and LOUVE, which will hereinafter be referred to as "the offering company," "the provider," or "the supplying company," as appropriate to the context. The dispatch of products will only be made to destinations within the territory of the Republic of Peru.

Once registered, the user will have a username and password that will allow for personalized, confidential, and secure access. The user will have the option to change their access key, for which they must follow the established procedure.
The user assumes full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their registered secret key or password, which allows them to make purchases, request services, and obtain information. This key is for personal use, and its provision to third parties or its use by such third parties will not imply any responsibility for LOUVE in case of misuse.

3. User Rights:
The user will enjoy all the rights recognized by the current consumer protection legislation in the territory of Peru, as well as those granted in these Terms and Conditions.
The user will always have the rights to information, rectification, deletion, and/or cancellation of their personal data, as well as other rights provided by the Law.
Simply visiting this site, which offers certain goods and access to certain services, does not impose any obligation on the consumer.

4. Procedure for Use:
In the contracts offered through this site, the offering company will inform, in an unequivocal and easily accessible manner, the steps that must be followed to formalize them and will inform, when applicable, whether the electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived and if this will be accessible to the consumer.

Payment with cards issued abroad is allowed; however, keep in mind that cards issued abroad do not allow payment in installments. The use of the cards mentioned above will be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and in relation to their issuer and to what is agreed upon in the respective Opening Contracts and Regulations. In case of contradiction, what is expressed in that last document will prevail.

Furthermore, concerning the bank cards accepted on this site, aspects related to their operation, such as issuance date, expiration, limit, blocks, etc., will be governed by the contract existing between the customer and the issuer, with no responsibility on the part of LOUVE regarding the aspects mentioned in those contracts.
The site may indicate specific purchase conditions depending on the payment method used by the user.

6. Formation of Consent in Contracts Celebrated Through This Site:
The company will make offers of goods, which can be accepted by customers electronically or by phone, using the mechanisms offered for this purpose

Any acceptance of an offer will be subject to the suspensive condition that the offering company validates the transaction. Consequently, for every operation carried out on this site, confirmation and/or validation or verification by the offering company will be a requirement for the formation of consent. To validate the transaction, the offering company must verify:

Consent will be deemed formed from the moment this written confirmation is sent to the user.
7. Dispatch of Products:
Products purchased through the site will be subject to the available dispatch and delivery conditions. The information regarding the shipping address is the sole responsibility of the user. The delivery times are (-7) days for shipments within Peru, counted from the moment the offering company has validated the purchase order and the payment method used, and are considered business days for compliance with this timeframe.

The delivery cost for products to Metropolitan Lima is S/10.00, and for deliveries to other regions, it is S/15.00. If products worth USD 100.00 or more are purchased, no delivery charge will be applied. The reference exchange rate is based on the closing rate from SBS the day before.
Upon arrival of the order, it is essential that the customer or recipient of the product carefully reviews it.

8. Right of Withdrawal:
In contracts made through this site, the user or consumer may not withdraw from the contract entered into unless this possibility is expressly included in a specific offer. However, the supplying company may seek the best possible solution for consumer satisfaction, although this is not mandatory.

9. Use of Personal Data Registered on the Site:
The data referred to in these Terms and Conditions will be used to validate purchase orders and improve the information and marketing efforts for the products offered by the company.

11. Promotions:
In cases where the site contains promotions consisting of the free or discounted delivery of a product upon the purchase of another, the dispatch of the good provided free of charge or at a reduced price will be made to the same place to which the purchased product is dispatched, unless the purchaser indicates at the time of accepting the offer that they wish the products to be sent to different addresses, in which case they must pay for the shipping of both products. Participation in these promotions is not possible without jointly acquiring all products included in them.

12. Change and Return Policy:
A change or cancellation of the order can be requested if the product has manufacturing defects or does not meet the advertised characteristics. 13. Stock Breaks:
Despite our constant efforts to keep the online stock updated, your order may experience a stock break for a requested product.

13.1 To resolve this type of issue, we have the following options:

Order cancellation and full refund.

If your order was made with a credit card, only with the confirmation of order cancellation will we process it with the payment method provider for the cancellation of the charge. If your payment was made by debit, we will require your personal data and savings or checking account information to manage the bank transfer. The estimated time for the refund is up to 7 business days from sending the transfer data.

Partial shipment and proportional refund of the money for the missing products.

For this, we will require your personal data and checking account information to manage the bank transfer along with the confirmation of acceptance of the partial shipment of the purchase. The partial shipment will be made once this is completed.
